Instead of the lightness of grated daikon, it is soft and fluffy with an egg-white starchy sauce. The dashimaki tamago is sure to be enhanced with hot sake or shochu (Japanese liquor) or hot water. You can also make dashimaki tamago at home, but be sure to try the richness that can only be enjoyed at our restaurant.
