It is the standard size for paper, but \"A4\" is also sometimes used for beef. The alphabet represents the \"yield grade,\" or how much meat can be obtained from one cow. There are three grades, A&gt;B&gt;C, in that order. The next number represents the \"meat quality grade,\" which is determined by four factors: degree of marbling, color and luster of the meat, firmness and fineness of the meat, and quality of the fat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">One of the menu items handled at our restaurant is \"Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak\".
