春しいたけの生ハムクリームチーズ串／539円（税込）

はじめにご紹介するのは、串で手軽にお召し上がりいただける「春しいたけの生ハムクリームチーズ串」になります。春しいたけは、ふっくらジューシーで旨みがたっぷり詰まっています。生ハムの塩味とチーズの濃厚な風味と共に、しいたけの旨味をじっくりご堪能ください。串メニューなので、お酒を飲みながら手軽にお楽しみいただけます。

鰆と竹の子の揚げ出し／759円（税込）

続いてご紹介するのは、「鰆と竹の子の揚げ出し」です。春に旬を迎えた鰆と竹の子を一緒にお楽しみいただける一皿です。素材の食感や旨味を活かした上品な一品になります。ビールや焼酎など、さまざまなお酒と合わせて味わってみてください。
