鮮度にこだわったお魚を仕入れ、お造りとしてご提供しております。

その日の仕入れによって内容が変わる本日のお造りをはじめ、お造りの三品盛り、五品盛りをご用意しました。いろいろな旬の魚をテーブルで楽しみたいときや、シェアしたいときにもおすすめです。

火入れをすることでボリュームたっぷりになる魚介の炙り

当店でご提供している炙りメニューは、魚介のメニューもそろえております。

ワンハンドで食べられる海老の肉巻き串や、魚介の持つ素材のうまみをしっかりと引き出したエイヒレの炙り焼き、鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き、イカの甘辛炙り、炙り〆鯖をご用意しました。
