RAKUZO-Chofu Minamiguchi is a private restaurant where you can enjoy drinks and meals in a completely private room space. We offer a wide range of menu items that go perfectly with our drinks.

We offer today's sashimi, which changes depending on the day's procurement, as well as a three-piece and five-piece sashimi platter. Recommended for those who wish to enjoy a variety of seasonal fish at the table or for those who wish to share.

 

Seared seafood that becomes hearty by fire-roasting.

Our aburi menu also includes a variety of seafood dishes.

 

We have prepared one-handed shrimp meat roll skewers, seared ray fins with the umami of the seafood ingredients, bamboo charcoal grilled dried bonito flounder, seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce, and seared vinegared mackerel.
