まずは、宴のはじまりにサッとつまめる定番の「枝豆」や「冷やしトマト」をどうぞ。さっぱりとした「たたき胡瓜の梅和え」や、お出汁がじんわりと染み込んだ「ブロッコリーのおひたし」、「こんにゃくの揚げびたし」は、素材本来のうまみを引き立てたやさしいお味が魅力です。

さらに、ピリッとした刺激がクセになる「ザーサイと木耳の麻辣和え」や「長芋のキムチ」、「無限ピリ辛にんじん」など、お酒が心地よく進むアクセントの効いた一皿もご用意。
