Located right next to Ebina Station, “RAKUZO—All-Private Rooms Ebina Station Branch” serves authentic mountain and sea cuisine in a serene, traditional Japanese private-room setting. Today, we’d like to introduce two truly satisfying set menus that are perfect for kicking off welcome and farewell parties, business dinners, or special gatherings with friends.

The "Taste Course," where you can enjoy a well-balanced selection of carefully selected mountain and ocean delicacies

This luxurious eight-course menu features dishes carefully crafted by our chefs to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We’ve prepared everything from the appetizer, “Egg and Tofu with Shrimp and Okra in Thick Sauce,” to a fresh “Assorted Sashimi Trio.”

For fish dishes, we offer “Redfish Tartare Nanban,” which is lightly fried to lock in the flavor, and for meat dishes, “Grilled Chicken Thighs and Fried Chicken Skin—with a Secret Sauce”—both of which are generously portioned. To round out the meal, our “Salmon and Seasonal Vegetable Chirashi Sushi” is a visually stunning dish that will further liven up your celebration.

We’ve included “Milky Custard Pudding” for dessert.

As the name suggests, this is a special eight-course meal that showcases our specialty: chicken dishes. Following the appetizers and fresh sashimi, our signature dishes—"Oyama Chicken Cartilage Tsukune" and "Dashi-Infused Omelet"—make their appearance. The combination of the juicy texture of the tsukune and the omelet with its subtle dashi aroma pairs perfectly with drinks.

What’s more, you can enjoy a full array of chicken-centric delights to your heart’s content, including the rich “Chicken Nanban with Generous Egg Tartar” and the “Daisen Chicken, Salmon Roe, and Mushroom Rice,” where the flavors of land and sea harmonize perfectly.
