Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Fuchu.

 

扉の向こうに広がる完全個室空間でお過ごしいただける「全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 府中店」。当店では、料理長渾身の期間限定メニューをご用意しております。厳しい冬を越え、春を迎えた旬の素材を使用した、今しか食べられない一皿をぜひご堪能ください。

 

春を感じる食材をふんだんに使用したメニュー

春しいたけの生ハムクリームチーズ串: 冬を越え、身がぎゅっと締まった春しいたけは、焼き上げることで濃厚なエキスが溢れ出します。そこにクリームチーズのまろやかさと生ハムの熟成した塩気が楽しめる、串をご用意しました。

 

鰆の上品な脂と、シャキッとした竹の子のコントラストが楽しめる鰆と竹の子の揚げ出しもどうぞ。食べるほどに出汁のうまみが広がります。

 

味わいしっかり、力強いうまみを感じるメニュー

テーブルを華やかに彩る、力強い味わいのメニューもご用意しました。

 

ごま油が香る巻き寿司の上に、贅沢なほどネギトロを載せたネギトロユッケ盛りキムチーズ巻き。濃厚な卵黄ダレを絡めれば、キムチのアクセントとチーズのコクをいっぺんに楽しめます。

 

強火で一気に表面を炙り、旨味の粒子を閉じ込めた鰹のタタキ。4種の香味薬味と、キレのあるポン酢でさっぱりとお召し上がりください。
