Welcome to "RAKUZO Fuchu," where every seat is a private room, offering a completely private dining experience. We are pleased to present a limited-time menu created with great care by our head chef. A menu featuring an abundance of spring ingredients

Spring Shiitake Mushroom Skewers with Prosciutto and Cream Cheese: Having survived the winter, spring shiitake mushrooms are firm and dense; when grilled, they release a rich, savory essence. We’ve prepared these skewers so you can enjoy the mild creaminess of the cream cheese paired with the savory, aged saltiness of the prosciutto.

 

We also recommend our deep-fried Spanish mackerel and bamboo shoots, which offers a delightful contrast between the delicate fat of the mackerel and the crisp texture of the bamboo shoots. The rich umami flavor of the broth becomes more pronounced with every bite.

This Negitoro Yukke Platter Kimchi Cheese Roll features a generous serving of negitoro atop a sushi roll infused with the aroma of sesame oil. Drizzled with a rich egg yolk sauce, it lets you enjoy the zesty kick of kimchi and the rich creaminess of cheese all at once.

 

This seared bonito is quickly grilled over high heat to seal in its rich flavor. Enjoy it with four types of aromatic condiments and a zesty ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste.
