When it comes to yakitori, it may seem like a simple cooking method at first glance, but did you know that it’s actually quite delicate? Depending on the type and thickness of the meat, how it’s cut, and the ideal final presentation, the heat level, distance from the flame, and cooking time all vary significantly. While experience is crucial for this grilling process, our highly skilled chefs are in charge of grilling the yakitori here.

We bake it so the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy and juicy. Take a bite, and you’ll immediately appreciate the chef’s skill.

 

If you can't decide, go for the assortment

You’re welcome to order specific cuts like “skin skewers,” “liver skewers,” or “scallion-chicken skewers,” but if you’re unsure what to choose or find ordering one skewer at a time a hassle, please consider our assortment platter. We’ll select five of our recommended skewers from our wide variety of cuts and bring them to your table. When ordering, please let our staff know whether you’d like your skewers seasoned with sauce or salt. With the assortment, it’s fun to try each skewer one by one to discover your favorites. It’s perfect for a solo drink or for sharing with a group.
