Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

At our restaurant, we believe that temperature is one of the elements that support deliciousness. If you want something to be served hot for a long time, we will bring it to you on a griddle.
