When you are in the mood for meat, we recommend the "Special Beef Meat Steak - Grated Onion and Apple Sauce" (1,639 yen), which shows off the skill of the chef in the cooking process.
The surface of carefully selected beef is grilled at high temperature in one go to lock in the umami inside. This dish allows you to enjoy both the juicy meat juices that overflow with every bite and the rich flavor of the lean meat itself.
