焼き物とお酒の相性を気軽に楽しむなら、鳥取県の地鶏を使った「大山どり 鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き 山葵添え」605円(税込)がおすすめです。ふっくらとしたジューシーな肉質と上品な旨味の鶏トロ肉を串に刺して丁寧に焼きました。素材本来の味を十分に堪能できるよう、シンプルな塩焼きに仕上げています。
ビールによく合う「粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙り」979円(税込)もおすすめです。バジルの香り高さと、ソーセージの濃厚な旨味の絶妙なハーモニーを満喫できます。
揚げ物を楽しみたいときには、「ホクホク長芋の唐揚げ」759円(税込)や「特製もんじゃコロッケ」759円(税込)などをお試しいただければと思います。
