Our top recommendation for an evening drink at home or as the main course for dinner is the “Daisen-dori” grilled chicken skewers, made with premium chicken from Tottori Prefecture. The “Tsukune Skewers with Cartilage” are an irresistible dish, featuring a crunchy texture and juicy meat that’s simply irresistible.
