お酒がメインの時は、「創作・前菜・温菜」メニューがおすすめです。上記は一部になりますが、深みのある味わいの「豚もつ味噌煮込み」と、チーズのコクとラー油のピリッとした刺激が絶妙にマッチした「北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え」になります。小皿で手軽に楽しむことができるおすすめのおつまみです。
