If you are looking for a satisfying meat dish, we recommend the above. We offer "Seared Selected Pork Shoulder Roast with Onion Grated Ponzu", which is filling but not too heavy, and "Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce", which allows you to enjoy a rare part of beef meat, "Misuji", from which only a few can be obtained from a single cow.
