しっぽりと飲みたい日にぴったりなのが、香ばしい香りに食欲がそそられる「Freshly seared bonito tataki」です。炙ったことでより鰹の旨味が引き立ち、お酒との相性も抜群です。各種薬味も添えているので、お好みでご使用ください。
