Hello, I am the PR manager for the Shinagawa Konan-guchi branch of Rakura Utage, a private room restaurant.

当店のコース料理は、季節によって内容の見直しを行っています。現在は、3月よりスタートした春のコース料理となっており、この時期に旬を迎える食材のほか、この時期らしい華やかな印象のお料理などがたくさん登場しています。数あるコースのなかから、春のご宴会にぴったりな【味わいコース】をご紹介します。ぜひオーダーの参考にしてみてください。

お料理は全部で8品登場

今年の春の【味わいコース】は、お料理のバリエーションが幅広いのが特徴です。前菜の「 桜海老とあおさのあんかけ玉子豆冨」「あさりと竹の子のお浸し」「生ハムとジャガイモ揚げ浸し」からスタートし、メインは「鶏もも焼きと鶏皮揚げ　～秘伝のタレ～」を予定しています。実はこちらはダブルメインとなっており、魚料理として「赤魚のタルタル南蛮」も登場予定ですよ。お肉類もお魚料理も楽しめるのが嬉しいですよね。

ほかにも、「蒸し鶏と半熟玉子のサラダ　特製ごまだれ」やお食事ラストの「ミルキーカスタードプリン」もあわせて、お料理8品が登場いたします。バリエーション豊富なお料理の数々で、最後のひとくちまで食べ飽きないと大好評です。

2時間の飲み放題付き！

当店のコース料理は、通常のスタイルでお料理と飲み放題がセットになっています。【味わいコース】はお一人様4300円（税込み）のカジュアルなお値段ですが、こちらには飲み放題の料金も含まれています。とってもお得感があり、お食事シーンの盛り上げにぴったりだと、多くのお客様からご好評いただいています。
