5 assorted Japanese skewers

Our specialty is "Aburi". The most representative of such seared dishes is the grilled skewer. Although skewers are a standard item on the menu at other izakaya, the meat used for our skewers is lavishly sourced from Japan. We offer a wide variety of popular meat parts such as momo (thigh), negima (green onion), shiro-motsu (white meat), chicken skin, and liver, all served with your choice of tare (sauce) or salt.

Chiba Prefecture extra-large dried sardine rounds

When you think of fish dishes at an izakaya, the first thing that comes to mind for many people is an assortment of sashimi. However, we are a restaurant that focuses on seared fish. We purchase extra-large sardines from Chiba Prefecture, which is rich in seafood. We then dry the sardines carefully before serving them to our customers. The sardines are loaded with fat and have a concentrated flavor!
