Hearty and warming [Seasonal original (hot pot) course].

Winter is all about nabe! We will offer a total of 10 dishes centered around the Hakubutsu Nabe (white hot pot) with young chicken and cartilage Tsukune (chicken bones). A variety of exquisite dishes such as red fish with seaweed tartar nanban and colorful vegetable salad and red chicken ham with jade sesame sauce. After warming up with warm nabe dishes, finish with zosui (rice porridge) or ramen noodles. The price will be 4,320 yen.

Our pride and joy: Beef Steak [Kuzushi Kaiseki (Ippin) Course].

This Kuzushi Kaiseki course includes our signature seared beef steak. The price is 5,400 yen and includes a total of 12 items, such as fried lotus root sandwiched between pork, a 10-item colorful salad, and deep-fried Nagori hamo (Japanese conger eel) in batter with yuzu sauce. The main dish, Kaisen Bara Chirashi, is especially recommended.

Gorgeous assortment of items [Sushi Kaiseki Course

A luxurious sushi kaiseki course with snow crab and Japanese black beef. At 7,560 yen, the course is pricier than other courses, but you will be satisfied with the many gorgeous dishes that appear one after another.
