It may be a little unusual for an izakaya to offer raw chocolate as a dessert. The reason why we use white chocolate instead of the usual cacao chocolate is because we placed importance on the smoothness of the texture and the aftertaste as a dessert. Please enjoy the creamy, gentle taste in your mouth.
In terms of smoothness, the "Milky Custard Pudding" in the photo is not to be outdone. The pudding, made with plenty of milk, is a perfect match for the cream topping.
