2種類のもつ鍋

当店でご用意しているもつ鍋は、2種類。本場博多のおいしさが楽しめるスタンダードな「白もつ鍋」と、ピリ辛風味でジューシーな肉の旨みが堪能できる「台湾もつ鍋」です。いずれも新鮮なもつを使用しているため、くさみが少なくたっぷりの旨みが楽しめるお鍋となっております。

アレンジメニューとしてご用意している「台湾もつ鍋」は、もつのほかに挽き肉をたっぷり使っているため、お肉のジューシーな旨みがスープに溶け出しているのがポイント。濃厚でピリ辛味は、ビールがぐびぐびすすみます。
