All private rooms Rakuzo-RAKUZO- あべのごちそうビル店（天王寺）では、海鮮を使った旨味たっぷりの炙りメニューをご用意しています。

写真のメニューは「千葉県銚子産　マイワシの一夜干し」です。脂の乗ったマイワシを香ばしく炙ったひと品。お酒がぐいぐい進む、絶品メニューとなっています。

また、大ぶりのホッケを使った「ホッケの一夜干し」も人気です。肉厚でほくほくの身を、お好みのお酒とともにお召し上がりください。

さらに、「エイヒレの炙り焼き」や「本日のカマ焼き」、「イカの甘辛炙り」「炙り〆鯖」といったメニューをご用意しています。
