鳥取県が誇る銘柄鶏である大山どりの魅力を、もっともダイレクトに味わえるのが当店の串焼きです。表面はパリッと、中は驚くほどジューシーに仕上げました。

定番のもも串やねぎま串はもちろん、コリコリとした食感が心地よい軟骨入りつくね串まで。一本ずつ丁寧に焼き上げられた串は、噛みしめるほどに肉本来の濃厚な甘みがあふれ出します。

串焼き盛り合わせでいろいろな部位を楽しむのもおすすめです。

メインを飾るにふさわしい、力強い肉の炙り料理をご用意しました。

希少部位であるミスジを贅沢に使用したステーキは、おろし玉葱とリンゴをベースにした自家製ソースが、赤身のうまみを華やかに惹き立てます。
