柔らかな国産牛を、特製の割り下でさっとくぐらせれば肉の脂の甘みが野菜や豆腐に染み渡ります。最後の一口まで箸が止まりません。さらに、特選お造り5種盛りや、ノドグロの天婦羅など、鍋が煮えるまでのひとときを彩る逸品も超一流です。〆のうどんで、肉のうまみが凝縮されたスープを最後の一滴まで堪能できます。

 

和と洋が織りなす最高のコース
