The summer is the season for mizu-dako, which is characterized by its freshness and unique octopus texture. We serve it thinly sliced. Refreshing cold sudachi soba noodles with plenty of condiments

A refreshing dish of cold soba noodles topped with condiments and plenty of sudachi. Citrus fruits, such as sudachi, contain vitamins that are perfect for preventing and relieving summer fatigue.CIt is a perfect dish for preventing summer fatigue because it contains a lot of "KARAKURI" (a kind of "KARAKURI" in Japanese).
