This is a winter-only nabe menu using Japanese parsley, which becomes more delicious in the cold of winter. The key to this dish is to use the root of the crispy cucumber.

Each root, stem, and leaf has a different flavor and texture. Serve with chicken tsukune, thighs, breasts, and vegetables.

We also offer a zosui (rice porridge) set, ramen noodles, and udon noodles to finish off your nabe meal. Please be sure to place an additional order if you wish to finish off your meal.
