Our restaurant offers yakitori made with "Daisen-dori", a locally raised chicken from Tottori Prefecture. We hope you will fully enjoy the combination of our specialty yakitori and our famous sake. Our yakitori is made from Daisen-dori, a locally raised chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Our artisanal searing process creates authentic and exquisite skewers that go perfectly with our famous sake. Oyama chicken is known for its meat quality and deep flavor, and we take great care in preparing our yakitori menu to bring out the best of this flavor.
