特製の醤油ベースのタレを、ご飯がくずれないように注意しながら何度も重ねづけをし、時間をかけてこんがりとなるまで丁寧に焼き上げる一品です。口に入れると香ばしいにおいが口の中いっぱいにふわっと広がりますよ。おこげのようにこんがりとなった外側の食感もお楽しみください。
