A luxurious taste of winter

When you think of winter flavors, what do you think of? Oysters, salmon, and many other things, but one that has been featured in this winter's "Season's Recommendations" is the rich flavor of albacore. Have you tried the "Deep-fried Shirako and Shirako Tofu" for 649 yen (tax included)? This is an elaborate dish that only a restaurant could prepare by deep frying rich milt and homemade "Shirako Tofu," which is made by kneading the milt with kuzu (kudzu) flour. The deep flavor and the surprisingly smooth finish of the milt tofu are also noteworthy! It is recommended to enjoy this refreshing dish with sake, draft beer, or lemon sour. It is a recommended dish that will allow you to enjoy winter to the fullest.

Winter is the time for hot pot!

Speaking of winter dishes, one can't go wrong with hot pot, right? Many hot pots are available as part of the course menu, but we also recommend the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup with hot sauce), which can be ordered separately for 979 yen (tax included).
This hearty nabe includes chicken, tsukune with cartilage bones, and white meat fish. You can easily order from a minimum of one serving. Please enjoy the delicious hot pot and make your body and soul feel warm and refreshed!
