At our restaurant, we not only offer limited-time “Seasonal Specials” tailored to the season, but we also update our regular menu from time to time. Have you noticed that we’ve added new variations to our incredibly popular dashimaki tamago? In this post, we’d like to introduce the new dashimaki tamago items. Be sure to give them a try.

And this time, believe it or not, it's age-dashi!

The latest variation on the dashimaki tamago is none other than “Deep-Fried Dashimaki Tamago” for 869 yen (tax included). The fluffy dashimaki tamago is delicious on its own, but we’ve taken it a step further by deep-frying it. The contrast between the crispy exterior and the fluffy interior is simply exquisite.

Not only do we use plenty of delicious dashi in the eggs, but we also go the extra mile by adding even more dashi—a real treat. You’ll be able to fully enjoy the rich flavor of the dashi. It pairs well with both sake and draft beer.

Our classic offerings—the “Thick-Sauce Dashi-Maki Tamago” and “Sukiyaki Dashi-Maki Sandwich”—have been on the menu for quite some time and remain consistently popular favorites. The mild-flavored thick-sauce version is especially popular when the weather suddenly turns chilly. The sukiyaki sandwich is hearty and perfect for satisfying a small hunger. The sweet-and-savory flavor is a standout favorite that appeals to people of all ages and genders.
