Many people think of sashimi or seared seafood. Our restaurant offers a variety of colorful and beautiful sashimi, such as the "Special Five-Piece Sashimi Platter" shown in the photo. We also offer seared dishes such as the "Dried Bonito Harasu (Harasu is a type of dried bonito) grilled overnight over bamboo charcoal" that has just the right amount of fat on it. Both sashimi and seared dishes allow you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. Please enjoy them as an accompaniment to a relaxing drink.
